I abide to this saying by Leonardo da Vinci. As a UX & UI designer I try to understand the complex and then untangle it. How?

Talk with users people.
Understand the right problem.
Prototype.
Validate.

I also make sure to include developers and POs in the design process. Basically I believe in teamwork.
